How to order

  • Customers may place order online anytime and between 9A.M TO 8P.M MON-SAT on 087 952 2646
  • Once orders are placed customers will receive order confirmation with a unique order number via Email or Text message
  • A dispatch notification will be sent to you shortly via text or email once your order has been dispatched
  • The last order that will qualify for same day delivery must be placed by 2 P.M and any orders received after this time will be rescheduled for the following morning.

If you change your mind

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed but customers may amend their order before a dispatch notification is received.
  • Customers must call us to amend their order.
  • We do not accept order cancellation or amendment via email or text.

Payment methods

Here are the payment method we currently receive outlined below

  • Credit Card (Online or via phone)
  • Debit Card (Online or via phone)
  • Cash on Delivery

Customers who pay with Credit card, Debit card will receive a payment receipt via Email. Please note that your order will not be dispatched if payment hasn’t been received

Customers who wants to pay cash on delivery will receive a receipt at the time of delivery

Delivery info

We take pride in making sure your orders are delivered in a good condition and in a temperature controlled environment, Customers are advised to check all items delivered at the time of delivery before signing for the order.

  • Standard delivery to customers are a minimum order of €35
  • Orders over €100 are free (within Dublin city).
  • Same day delivery
  • We currently deliver all around Dublin city and its outskirts. The delivery charges depends upon the delivery address.
  • Orders within Dublin city will be delivered within 2 to 5 hours after order placement.
  • The first Delivery of the day will be no earlier than approx. 10:00A.M and The last delivery of the day will be no later than approx. 9:00 P.M.

Returns/refunds and exchange

Our goal is to provide the best service for our customer so if you decide to return a product for exchange or refund here are the following policy set out

  • Free collection for returns
  • Customers have 7 days to return any goods purchased
  • Customers should allow one to two working days for collection of return goods
  • Customers must return goods in the original package it was received
  • Goods must not be opened, damaged, or used in anyway if customer intends to return
  • Refunds will be given according to the payment method made for the respective order
  • Credit card refunds may take 7-14 working days, depending on the card issuing bank of the card holder
  • Refunds for products purchased on promotional offer will be based on the promotional price.
  • Unfortunately we do not accept refund or exchange on any frozen product for hygiene purpose except the item is returned at point of delivery.
