Returns and refunds

Our goal is to provide the best service for our customer so if you decide to return a product for exchange or refund here are the following policy set out

  • Free collection for returns
  • Customers have 7 days to return any goods purchased
  • Customers should allow one to two working days for collection of return goods
  • Customers must return goods in the original package it was received
  • Goods must not be opened, damaged, or used in anyway if customer intends to return
  • Refunds will be given in the same payment method made by the order
  • Credit card refunds may take 7-14 working days, depending on the card issuing bank of the card holder
  • Refunds for products purchased on promotional offer will be based on the promotional price.
  • Unfortunately we do not accept refund or exchange on any frozen product for hygiene purpose except the item is returned at point of delivery
